How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Pushedpacked Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to reach out about:
- How Pushedpacked Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each sets its own quotes, prices and workmanship standards, and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep written notes.
Tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Pushedpacked Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@pushedpacked.beer and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What went wrong and the outcome you would like
Our Next Steps
We will confirm we got your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Still Need Help
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
